高壓電容介電、損耗、漏電流測試儀
對被測信號進行調(diào)整的信號源，由鎖相放大器的信號輸出端提供，采用內(nèi)部參考模式，這種模式幅于鎖相放大器對直接可以獲取的參考信號的幅度及相位。數(shù)字鎖相放大器不會由于算法計算而引入或考增加噪聲，并且基本不受外界環(huán)境的干擾。
